Free-Beta Terms
Effective 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your invitation-only use of the Studiflow free beta operated by Studiflow Pty Ltd (ACN 702 797 822), registered in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, “Studiflow”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studiflow Pty Ltd. By acknowledging them in the app, you agree to use the beta as described here and in the Privacy Policy.
Free, experimental access
Participation is free and limited to invited testers. This initial beta includes the CRM, Gmail integration and AI-assisted relationship management. Lead Machine and managed outbound campaigns are not included in this beta. The beta is experimental. Features may change, be withdrawn, contain defects or be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular results, replies, bookings, revenue or career outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information.
- Only connect a Gmail account and workspace you are authorised to use.
- Use Studiflow lawfully and do not use it for spam, harassment, unlawful bulk communications, unauthorised access or security testing without permission.
- Check relationship context, recommendations and every AI-assisted draft before using it.
- Approve and send emails yourself in Gmail. Studiflow does not autonomously send Gmail messages.
- Tell us about material problems, security concerns or unsafe outputs.
AI-assisted features
Studiflow may analyse relevant relationship context and use customer-provided writing examples or preferences to suggest actions and draft wording. AI output may be inaccurate, stale or unsuitable. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, recipients, content and compliance with laws and third-party terms.
Feedback
You may send feedback about the beta. You give Studiflow permission to use feedback to improve the service, without requiring us to identify you publicly or disclose confidential customer content. Do not send secrets or another person’s private information as feedback.
Data handling
Our handling of account, Gmail, relationship, AI and writing-preference data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Gmail and request access, correction or deletion, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing support@studiflow.com.au. We acknowledge requests promptly and target a substantive response within 30 days. Some billing, suppression, security, accounting or compliance records may be retained, while records confirming beta acknowledgement are removed when the workspace is offboarded. Backups or third parties may have their own retention periods.
Ending participation
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may pause or end your access, or end the beta, for security, misuse, operational or product reasons. On request, our offboarding process will disconnect integrations and remove operational workspace content where appropriate, subject to the Privacy Policy’s retention limits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service and Studiflow is not responsible for indirect loss or business outcomes arising from beta use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Australian law.
Contact and changes
Email support@studiflow.com.au for questions, access problems, data requests, privacy complaints or security reports. We acknowledge requests promptly and target a substantive response within 30 days. We may update these terms for the beta and will publish the new version and effective date. The app records the versions you acknowledge while the workspace is active.
